REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Contact Lens Store. Because contact lenses are personal medical and vision care products, we uphold strict hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (100% Free Replacement or Refund)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your contact lenses are defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong prescription or color, please contact our support team at 423379865@qq.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the outer shipping label, product packaging, and the damaged or incorrect lenses

Once verified, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the defective or damaged items back.

2. Unopened Products (30-Day Return Policy)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened items. To be eligible for a return:

All contact lenses must remain completely unopened, unused, with all sterile blister packs or vials fully sealed, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for paying the return international shipping costs.
Please contact our support team at 423379865@qq.com prior to sending any package to obtain the authorized return address and instructions. Unauthorized packages will not be accepted.

3. Opened or Worn Contact Lenses (Strictly Non-Returnable)

Due to strict international medical device regulations, eye health, and personal hygiene standards, any contact lenses with opened seals, torn blister packs, unsealed vials, or lenses that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Customer Ordering Error (Wrong Prescription or Color Selected)

Please double-check your prescription before purchasing. If you accidentally selected the wrong degree or color:

If unopened: You may return the items for an exchange (customer covers shipping fees).
If already opened: Opened lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. However, our customer support team will gladly provide you with a special 30% courtesy discount code to reorder your correct prescription.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled.
