All orders are processed, quality checked, and packaged within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Estimated Shipping Times & Delivery

We work with reliable international air couriers and postal logistics partners to ensure safe delivery:

Standard International Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–15 business days depending on your destination country and local customs clearance.
Remote Regions: Delivery to remote addresses may take up to 15–25 business days.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are approximations and may experience occasional delays during peak holiday seasons, extreme weather, or customs inspections.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. You can track your shipment anytime via the provided carrier link or by contacting our support team.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and contact phone number during checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees will apply.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most small-parcel contact lens orders pass through customs without additional charges. However, any local import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees assessed by the destination country's government are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
